It is our pleasure to announce that the new SDA North and Latin America Vice-Chair is MeiLing Loo from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. MeiLing will serve in this position until October 2009 when a new Vice-Chair will be elected, and then will become the Chair until October 2010.
