AES42-R: Review of AES42-2006: AES Standards for Acoustics - Digital interface for microphones

Project scope: This standard describes an extension of the existing digital audio interface AES3 to provide a digital interface for microphones.

AES-X085: Detailed Professional Microphone Specifications

Project scope: to develop consensus among manufacturers and users for format and content of microphone specifications more detailed than those in IEC 60268-4, as a supplement to the specifications issued to that standard.
