to subscribe to the AES Electronic Library
($125/year). It contains all the AES
papers from the Journal, conventions and conferences: over 12,000
fully searchable PDFs documenting the progression of audio research
during the past fifty years. Simply log on, enter your username and
password, and you have complete access to everything in the library
anytime, anywhere in the world via the Internet. You can subscribe at

The AES Secure Transaction Server uses SSL encryption technology for
secure credit card transactions and only accepts Visa,
Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express.

Note about upgrading an existing membership: If you are a Student Member but
are no longer a student then you can upgrade to an Associate Membership by
simply paying your dues and
selecting the higher priced "Member/Associate/Fellow" fee. If you are an
Associate Member and wish to become a Full Member, then you can fill out

so that the Membership Committee can review your qualifications.
